Fellowship of APSO

The Association of Pediatric Surgical Oncology (APSO) offers the Fellowship to eligible Life Members. Selection is based on submitted applications, which are carefully reviewed by the APSO Executive Committee.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

10 years post MCh/DNB Pediatric Surgery experience
APSO full Life membership for at least 5 years (including previous membership under the Surgical Oncology Section of IAPS)
At least 20% of clinical work dedicated to pediatric surgical oncology, as self-certified
Minimum 2 publications in pediatric surgical oncology, including book chapters
Minimum 2 presentations in pediatric surgical oncology at Conferences, CMEs, or similar events

Prospective candidates should submit their applications with supporting documents and payment details via email to the APSO Secretary at pediatricsurgicaloncology@gmail.com.

Selection and Notification

Applications are reviewed and scrutinized by the APSO Executive Committee.
Fellowship admissions are announced during the subsequent APSO conference.
All communication regarding the fellowship takes place through email from the Secretary, APSO-section of IAPS.
